What happens if I don't pay on time (Pay in 3)?

At Zinia, we’re always by your side and we want you to have a stress-free experience with us.

As such, we’ll send you free reminders to pay your instalments before each due date. If you fail to pay any instalment, we’ll give you an extra 21 days to pay at no additional cost. However, if you fail to pay within that 21-day period, you will be charged extrajudicial collection costs, which will increase with subsequent non-payments. All the collection cost amounts are set out in the Zinia Terms and Conditions, which you can find on our website and in the welcome email sent to you.

Please note that at this point, Zinia reserves the right to terminate your agreement and hand your debt over to a collection agency, which will charge you additional costs.
