What happens if I don't pay on time (Pay in 30 days)?

At Zinia, we’re always by your side and want to help you out if you’re running a little short on cash.

As such, we’ll send you reminders before your payment due date. Plus, if you fail to pay within the 30-day period, we’ll give you an extra 16 days to pay at no additional cost. However, if your payment is still not received within that 16-day period, we’ll send you further payment reminders (you may be charged for up to 3 reminders) via email and SMS, and you will be charged an extrajudicial collection cost for each payment reminder period according to the amount owed.

(1st) 19 days after the due date – amount due: under €150: €0.35; between €150.01 and €300: €0.56; over €300.01: €1.09.

(2nd) 40 days after the due date – amount due: under €150: €0.70; between €150.01 and €300: €1.12; over €300.01: €2.07.

(3rd) 61 days after the due date – amount due: under €150: €1.40; between €150.01 and €300: €2.23; over €300.01: €4.14.

Please note that if we still haven’t received your payment after these reminders, your debt will be handed over to a specialist collection agency, which will charge you its own fees. At this point, you will no longer be able to pay Zinia and you will have to contact the agency directly to settle the debt.
