When does the 30-day payment period start?

At Zinia, we want to make your payments easy and flexible. As such, the 30-day payment period won’t start until the online store ships your purchase or until your purchase is confirmed in the case of an in-store purchase. Therefore, you’ll have enough time to receive or to take your items home with you, and decide whether or not you want to keep them.

In the case of online purchases, once your items have been shipped, we’ll send you an email to let you know and we’ll provide you with your payment due dates and payment instructions.
