What happens if I fall behind on my payments?
We strive to give you the best payment options and help you if you are having financial difficulties. With this in mind, we will send you a reminder to pay your invoice within 14 business days, with no additional fees. If you don't pay within the first 14 days, we'll extend your payment period by another 14 days. If we do not receive payment during the second payment term, we will send another reminder and late fees will start to apply. If we do not receive payment during the third payment term, a final reminder will be sent and late fees will increase. As soon as the last payment term expires, the invoice will be transferred to an external collection agency and additional costs will apply.
