Please note that payment will be available once your purchase has been shipped by the store where you bought it.

As we aim to make paying as convenient and easy as possible, your instalments will be charged automatically via direct debit.

Direct debit is a simple, secure and convenient ‘pull’ payment method that allows Zinia to automatically collect recurring payments from your bank account with your prior authorisation. Direct debit reduces the risk of late or missed payments, offering payers a hassle-free experience.

However, if you want to pay your loan in advance, check your order on the app or website by logging in to My Zinia - Customer to see what other payment methods are available:

1. Bank transfer
Once you click on the “Pay” icon on the order details page or or overview, select the bank transfer option and check the payment reference for your bank transfer.

Please remember to include the payment reference in the description field and the total amount in the transfer details. This will help us to identify your payment. In the event you want to pay for several different orders, please remember to pay each invoice/loan separately with the corresponding payment reference, so that it can be linked to the correct order.

2. Pay by instant transfer
You can also send an instant transfer by providing your online bank details and then accepting the transfer in your banking app.

3. Pay by card
Soon you’ll also be able to pay. To do that, log in to My Zinia - Customer via the app or website, go the corresponding order details section or overview, click on the “Pay” icon and then select the card option.

Don’t forget that you can pay for you order as soon as it has been shipped by the store.
