The easiest and quickest way to pay for orders is through the Zinia app or website. Log in to your Zinia account, go to the corresponding order details, click on the "Pay" icon and check out the options available in your country. Please note that the icon only appears once your order has been shipped.

If your order has been shipped, but the icon doesn’t appear, it may be that we haven’t received your payment on time and that the invoice was sent to an external collection agency. If this is the case, you’ll find the contact details of the collection agency in the order details.
