What happens if I fall behind on my payments?
We strive to give you the best payment options and help you in the event you are having financial difficulties. With this in mind, we will send you a reminder to pay your invoice within 30 business days. If you don't pay within the first 30 days, at no additional cost, we'll extend your payment period by another 16 days. If we do not receive payment during the second payment term, we will send another reminder and late fees will start to apply.
If we do not receive payment during the third payment term, a final reminder will be sent and late fees will increase. As soon as the last payment term expires, the invoice will be transferred to an external collection agency and additional costs will apply.
