Your payment may not have been automatically debited due to several reasons:

1. Your order is not linked to a mandate

Without linking your order to an active direct debit mandate, Zinia does not have the authorisation to automatically debit your bank account. Please ensure you have created a direct debit mandate connected to your bank account and associate it with your orders in the "Order details" section.

2. You’ve made an early payment

If you’ve made an early payment that is either equal to or more than the order or instalment amount, the automatic payment is not triggered. For example, if you pay the second instalment early by transfer, the second direct debit will be skipped. However, on the same due date the following month, the mandate will resume and the third instalment will be automatically paid by direct debit.
