I cancelled my entire order, but my account still shows I have to make a payment. What do I need to do?
Cancellations are first processed by the online or physical store. Once processed, the store will inform us of the cancellation and we will update your payment status. As such, the payment status isn’t updated automatically. In fact, it may take a few days to update after the cancellation has been processed. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know as soon as we’ve updated your payment status.
