What happens if I return an insured device?
When you return a device that you took insurance out on at checkout, we will cancel both payment plans. We will also calculate the monthly premium paid for the ongoing month in order to refund you the unused proportional part of the month.
For example, if your payment plan started on 1 April and you return the device on 16 April, we will refund you the amount corresponding to 16-30 April.
