This is why we will send you a reminder to pay your invoice within 14 business days. If you don't pay within those first 14 days, at no additional cost, we'll extend the payment period by another 14 days. If we do not receive payment during the second payment term, we will send another reminder and late fees will start to be applied. If we do not receive payment during the third payment term, a final reminder will be sent and late fees will increase. As soon as the last payment term expires, the invoice will be transferred to an external collection agency and additional costs will apply.
