I've reported an issue with an order. Do I still have to pay for it?

Don’t forget that any issue regarding orders must be handled directly with the corresponding online or physical store. Once the store confirms that your order has been cancelled or returned, we’ll update your payment schedule and refund you the corresponding amount, where applicable. Please note that refunds usually take around 5 business days to process. However, on occasions they may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank.
If the issue is resolved, your payment schedule will continue and you’ll have to pay within the corresponding payment period.
In the event you’ve already spoken to the store and the issue hasn’t been resolved, contact us to open a dispute.
