What happens if I don't pay on time?

At Zinia, we’re always by your side and we want you to have a stress-free experience with us.

That’s why we will send you several free reminders to pay your second and third instalments within 30 and 60 days, respectively, as from the date of the first instalment. If you fail to pay the instalments within the due dates, we'll give you another 14 days to pay at no addition cost.

However, if you fail to pay within the additional 14 days, you will be charged extrajudicial collection costs and we will give you another 7 days to pay the amount owed. The collection cost amount depends on the sum pending payment:

Order amount ${order amount} = €0.01 to €75.00 -> collection costs €3.00

Order amount ${order amount} = €75.01 to €200.00 -> collection costs of €5.00

Order amount ${order amount} = €200.01 to €1000.00 -> collection costs of €7.00.

As soon as the last payment due date elapses, the invoice will be passed on to an external collection agency and additional costs will apply.
