My payment with bank transfer was not registered. What should I do?
If you paid by bank transfer, please bear in mind the following:
-Bank transfers usually take 2-5 business days to be processed. Please allow a few days for your bank transfer to be processed and registered in our system.
-Always use the correct bank transfer details, such as your payment reference. Zinia can only register your payment if you use the correct payment details. Always include the exact amount and the payment reference, and don't forget to pay for each order separately.
- If Zinia cannot match your transfer with your order, the payment will be declined and refunded back to you. If this occurs, please make sure you pay again straightaway using the correct payment reference and amount.
